Last updated: July 6, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Paynis PE LLC collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use Paynis Private Exchange, including our private digital asset and FIAT exchange services, websites, support, and related compliance workflows.
1. Information we collect
We may collect information you provide directly, including name, email address, phone number, date of birth, address, government identification, selfie or biometric verification results, business information, beneficial ownership information, bank details, wallet addresses, transaction instructions, support messages, and account credentials.
We may collect information generated through your use of the platform, including device identifiers, IP address, browser type, session data, approximate location, log data, pages viewed, referral source, cookies, fraud signals, blockchain addresses, transaction hashes, exchange history, compliance review status, and communications with Paynis.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide and maintain exchange services, create and secure accounts, verify identity and eligibility, process deposits and withdrawals, calculate rates and fees, provide customer support, communicate service updates, troubleshoot errors, improve the platform, and personalize essential service experiences.
We also use information to comply with anti-money laundering, counter-terrorist financing, sanctions, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, audit, recordkeeping, dispute, law enforcement, regulatory, and payment network obligations.
3. Compliance, fraud, and blockchain analytics
Digital asset and FIAT exchange services require risk controls. We may screen identity information, wallets, counterparties, IP addresses, devices, payment instruments, blockchain activity, transaction patterns, sanctions lists, politically exposed person lists, adverse media, and other risk indicators.
We may use automated and manual review to detect suspicious activity, protect users, enforce our Terms, and decide whether to approve, hold, reject, report, or restrict an account or transaction.
4. How we share information
We may share information with identity verification vendors, blockchain analytics providers, fraud prevention services, payment processors, banks, liquidity providers, wallet infrastructure providers, cloud hosting providers, customer support tools, auditors, insurers, professional advisers, affiliates, and other service providers that help operate Paynis.
We may disclose information to regulators, law enforcement, courts, tax authorities, sanctions authorities, financial intelligence units, payment networks, banks, or other third parties when required by law, when responding to lawful requests, when filing reports, when protecting rights and safety, or when investigating suspicious or prohibited activity.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We may use cookies, local storage, pixels, analytics tools, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure sessions, measure performance, detect abuse, and understand how the platform is used.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, but blocking required cookies may prevent parts of the platform from working correctly.
6. Data security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, encryption where appropriate, monitoring, vendor review, and internal policies. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for using strong credentials, protecting your devices and email account, avoiding phishing, and promptly notifying Paynis if you believe your account or wallet information has been compromised.
7. Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, satisfy anti-money laundering and sanctions recordkeeping requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, maintain backups, and support audits.
Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information, account status, transaction history, legal requirements, and legitimate business needs. We may keep certain records after account closure where required or permitted by law.
8. International transfers
Paynis, its vendors, financial partners, and compliance providers may process information in the United States and other countries where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.
Where required, we use appropriate contractual, organizational, or technical measures to protect information transferred across borders.
9. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or information about how we collect, use, and share personal information. Some rights may be limited by compliance, legal, security, fraud prevention, and recordkeeping obligations.
You may also opt out of non-essential marketing communications where offered. Transactional, security, legal, and account messages may still be sent when necessary to operate the platform.
10. Children and restricted users
Paynis is not intended for children or anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that a child has provided personal information, we will take appropriate steps to delete it unless retention is legally required.
Do not use Paynis if you are prohibited from doing so by applicable law, sanctions restrictions, platform rules, or a prior suspension.
11. Business transfers and changes
If Paynis is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate protections and applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect platform changes, legal requirements, or operational practices. Continued use after an update means the revised policy applies from the stated effective date.
12. Contact
To make a privacy request or ask questions about this Privacy Policy, contact Paynis support through the official platform channels. We may need to verify your identity before responding to certain requests.
